  1. En un bowl agregamos la harina, mantequilla, sal y las yemas de huevo.
  2. Comenzamos a integrar los ingredientes con la mano durante 10 minutos hasta integrar todo y obtener una masa firme.

  3. Para el relleno comenzamos fileteado las cebolla finamente y el tocino en cuadritos.

  6. Engrasamos nuestro molde con un poco de mantequilla y cubrimos de harina para evitar que se nos pegue la masa de la tarta.
    Cubrimos con el papel encerado y sobre este los frijoles. (A esto le llamamos horneado en ciego)
    Horneamos a 200° C por 15 minutos.
  7. En lo que horneamos nuestra masa, en un bowl uniremos nuestros rellenos que hemos reservado anteriormente.

  8. Cuando la masa ya haya salido del horno vertemos nuestro relleno y horneamos nuevamente, esta vez por 25 minutos a 200°C.
  9. Retiramos nuestra tarta del horno y agregamos el queso rallado.
    Horneamos nuevamente por 10 minutos más (este paso es opcional)
  10. Cuando hayan pasado los 10 minutos, retiramos y dejamos enfriar por 20 minutos para poder degustar!
