Colocaremos el molde dentro de la olla, el agua tiene que cubrir la mitad del molde, taparemos y esperaremos hasta que comience a hervir. A partir del primer hervor se dejara 60 min en cocción a flama media. A los 30 min revisaremos si el agua no ha decrecido, si el agua ha disminuido, colocaremos más agua caliente.
- Una vez pasando los 60 min apagaremos la flama, destapamos y con una servilleta limpiaremos el agua que tiene encima del aluminio. Procedemos a sacar el molde con mucho cuidado y abrimos.
- Dejaremos enfriar una hora y procedemos a colocarlo en el refrigerador por 4 horas, esto le dará más firmeza al flan. Con un cuchillo desprendenos los lados del molde, colocamos un plato encima del molde para emplatarlo.
