- Como tip, podemos pintar el merengue antes de mezclarlo con los polvos, así le quitamos menos aire
- Con movimientos envolventes, agregar merengue a los polvos hasta obtener una pasta que al momento de caer de la espátula forme una letra "v"
- Colocar la mezcla en una manga y hacer las formas de círculos en un tapete de silicon o en papel encerado
- Dejar reposar entre 25-45 minutos al aire libre
- Precalentar el horno a 150°c y hornear durante 10-20 minutos hasta que la masa levante y esté lisa por encima
- Dejar enfriar cuando estén listos para poder desmoldarlos  
- En lo que se enfrían haremos el ganache, en un bowl colocamos la crema lyncott y el chocolate y derretimos a baño María o en microondas, lo metemos al refrigerador y cuando esté espeso lo podemos ocupar así o lo podemos batir.  
- Rellenamos los macarrons y servimos, a disfrutar.
