  1. 500 gr masa de maíz
  2. 300 gr macisa de res
  3. c/n agua
  4. c/n sal
  5. 1 1/2 cebolla
  6. 3 dientes ajo pequeños
  7. 1/4 de col
  8. 1 taza vinagre
  9. c/n sal
  10. c/n aceite
  11. Salsa
  12. 2 chiles serranos
  13. 4 tomates

  1. Lavamos la carne y la pondremos a cocer con la media cebolla, los 3 dientes de ajo y sal.
  2. Cortamos la col finamente, la lavamos y en un traste la pondremos agregando la taza de vinagre y las 2 tazas de agua.
  3. Rallamos la zanahoria y la integramos en el traste dónde está la col para que se curta. Lo moveremos para que se distribuya bien la sal. Lo dejamos reposar.
  4. Con la masa comenzamos hacer tortillas de 7 cm de diámetro aproximadamente y 1 cm de alto.
  5. Las colocamos en el comal y la retiramos cuando ya estén cocidas. Para saber cuándo voltearlas, es cuando se despegan solas de comal.
  6. Y las colocamos en una servilleta esto para que no se sequen, ya que hayamos acabado procederemos a cortarlas a la mitad y quitar los excedentes de la masa. Y la colocaremos en una servilleta.
  7. Una vez cocida la carne con el caldo haremos la salsa, la cual la colaremos y quitamos la cebolla y los ajos. Y podremos los 4 tomates y los 2 chiles serranos.
  8. Ya que hayan llegado a su punto de ebullición, lo retiramos y lo licuaremos.
  9. La carne la partiremos en 4 y la pasaremos a un procesador de alimentos. Cortamos 1 cebolla mediana ya que tengamos tanto la carne como la cebolla cortadas la pondremos en un bowl para mezclarlos.
  10. Colocamos un sartén en el fuego medio y agregamos aceite que cubra
    la base y lo dejamos calentar.
  11. Con la tortillas, tomamos un poco de la carne revuelta con cebolla y presionaremos para que se quede compacta y así no se caiga la carne de la tortilla.
  12. Cuando el aceite esté caliente pondremos las tortillas que se doren la base y le agregamos una cucharada de salsa.
  13. Las retiramos y ya están listas para servirlas, las colocamos en un plato donde le pondremos la col y queso.
