  6. Ya que está lista la masa, en las hojas de tamal se le pone una hoja de aguacate como base y se le unta con la mezcla de la masa y se le agrega pedazos de pollo y se sella con otra hoja de aguacate encima
  7. Enseguida se prepara la olla o tamalera para cocinar los tamales y se le agrega 1 litro de agua y 1 cucharada de sal y dejar hervir hervir el agua y enseguida se le agrega los tamales y tapar la olla o tamalera y dejar cocinar de 40 -60 min a fuego alto
    Tip, colocar una servilleta de manta y una bolsa de platicó sobre los tamales, durante su cocción para que no se escape el vapor y se cocine más rápido
  8. Pasado el tiempo checar si están bien cocidos los tamales para posteriormente servir
  9. Ya que esté bien cocido servir y buen provecho
