- Dejar hervir hasta que ligeramente espese y dejar enfriar.  
- Agregar el mezcal cuánto esté frío el jarabe. 
- Sumergir por 10s aprox remojando los panes en el jarabe de Mezcal.  
- Guardar en un refractario o charola.
