- En otro recipiente vertemos las fresas troceadas y agregamos azúcar, dejamos cocer por unos segundo y agregamos maicena, después dejamos cocer por unos minutos. Dejar enfriar. 
 PD: todo esto sin dejar de mover   
- Una vez hecho todo lo anterior, sacamos del congelador y rellenamos con el mouse y la mermelada. Tapamos con mas chocolate y listo, una ves hecho esto debemos guardar otra vez en el congelador. 
- Después de unos minutos volteamos el molde para desmoldar y listo.
