 -Bolearemos cada tanto de masa y los dejaremos reposar de 8 a 10 minutos.
- Pasado el tiempo de reposo, enharinaremos nuestra mesa de trabajo, y estiraremos cada tanto de masa haciendo un óvalo, un poco más pequeño que nuestra mano.
 -Con un palo delgado, de aproximadamente 1cemtimetro de grosor(puedes usar el mango de una cuchara de madera) marcaremos 2 líneas en cada lado de la masa con fuerza y se marque del otro lado de la masa. 
- Dejaremos reposar 30 minutos.
 -Pasado el tiempo de reposo, barnizaremos con agua para conseguir un buen dorado.
 -Hornearemos en horno precalentado a 180º C° por 20 minutos.
