- Ya que lo sacamos de leudar, agregamos el resto de harina, harina fuerte, levadura y sal, hacemos un volcán y le vamos agregando el poolish.  
- De poco en poco le agregamos el agua tibia, el aceite de oliva lo empezamos a masar, utilizando la técnica francesa.  
- Lo dejamos fermentar durante unos 45 minutos o hasta que duplique su volumen. 
- Ya que esté listo la masa la divido en dos partes, la hacemos en forma rectangular, 
- Engrasamos una charola, le ponemos papel para hornear y lo metemos al horno ya que estuviera precalentado antes durante 10 minutos. 
- Horneamos durante 45 minutos. 
- Lo servimos con un poco de jamón, quesillo, lechuga,
