- En otra olla coloca los chiles lavados, desvenados, ajo cebolla y un poco de agua, coloca la tapa y espera a que se ablanden aproximadamente 10 minutos   
- Después de 40 minutos revisa las papas, deben estar blanditas, retira el agua y deja que se enfríen, en la licuadora coloca los chiles, ajo, sal, cebolla y un poco del agua en donde los cocimos   
- Lícua, lleva una olla al fuego, cuando esté caliente agrega un poco de aceite, ahora sazona el chile colado, agrega un poco más de agua y deja hervir 3 o 4 minutos   
- En otra olla previamente caliente y con aceite, comienza a freír la cebolla y la longaniza al mismo tiempo, una vez fritos incorpora la papa   
- Agrega un poco más de sal, con ayuda de un aplastador de frijoles, aplasta un poco, déjala cocinar por unos minutos más, este es el relleno para los pambazos   
- Coloca un sartén en el fuego una vez caliente agrega un poco de aceite y espera a que se caliente, toma uno de los panes y parte por la mitad, ahora rellena de una manera generosa, coloca la tapa del pan, pásalo por el chile y llévalo a freír   
- Debe quedar doradito por todos sus lados, vamos a prepararlo para comer, abrélo y coloca, crema, queso, lechuga y salsa
